BODYVIVE™ is a full body workout that leaves you feeling thoroughly invigorated, rejuvenated and energized. Using the VIVE™ ball and VIVE™ tube, you’ll enjoy a 55-minute group fitness workout which includes cardio exercise, resistance work, core training, mobility and balance. Great music from the ‘70s, ‘80s, ’90s and today provides the perfect soundtrack to your workout.

It’s especially suited to people new to group fitness, those returning to exercise after time away or following full rehabilitation after an injury, pre and post natal mothers and active adults who want the benefits of improved cardio fitness, strength and flexibility.

We offer BODYVIVE™ three times a week at our club. You will benefit from all the benefits of BODYVIVE™ whether you make it once a week or all three times.
How fit do I need to be?
BODYVIVE™ is ideal for the fitness novice as well as being beneficial to the experienced exerciser. Whatever your fitness level, BODYVIVE™ has something to offer you.
What do I need to bring to class?
Bring a water bottle and a towel (if you prefer to use your own). Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. All other supplies needed for the class are offered here at the club.
