At Mass Appeal Fitness, we pride ourselves on delivering top notch group fitness classes to our members. We are proud to be affiliated with the world renowned group fitness experts, Les Mills, which allows us to offer up such great programs like BODYPUMP, BODYFLOW, and RPM. We are also very proud to have seasoned fitness experts on staff that choreograph and instruct other exciting and motivating classes such as CORE and the seasonal Butts & Guts.
Our group fitness classes are designed so that beginners feel comfortable participating and more advanced members have options that give them that special challenge, as well. We encourage everyone to come in and give our group fitness classes a try. You'll meet some cool people, be motivated by the group dynamic, and come back begging for more.
